You can use the Orange Parking Garage in Disney, 3rd or 4th floors, and start from the appropriate instruction at the exit at the bottom of the garage. Disney Springs is capacity controlled and masks and temperature checks are required. Those at Disney Resorts register via the Online Start Box and may start from the Disney Springs Transportation Hub. Mask required, register on table outside. Restrooms available.
